This is me letting go
Of the love that we let fade
This is me trying to forget
All those games we played

This is me so broken inside
Yet so together all the while
This is me still pretending
Trying to force myself smile

On the nothing I have left

This is me, wishing to die

On what wasn’t meant to be
This is me caged in a box
Begging to fly myself free

This is me, sick of waiting
Saying goodbye to all I know
