its a bumpy ride

reading these words
year after year
nothing ever changes
life isn't fair
life isn't easy
full of heart break and despair
its hard to remember
that life keeps going
with these thoughts in my mind
my emotions flowing
you don't have to listen
you don't have to know
what goes on inside
will never slow
ill keep writing
till my life finally ends
when that is
it all depends..
