Keep My Soul Alive

by Michelle   Jun 28, 2005

I hear your sweet voice beckon me
I come limping toward the sound
But it fades away with the summer wind
And there's nobody left around

Where have you gone, I wonder
My simple sweet touch at night
I know you'll come back when you find me
And make everything seem alright

My tender heart is breaking
As I hear the sound of your voice
Laughing softly accompanied by another
And I know I have no other choice

I have to move on and forget you
You just aren't worth it to me
You left me alone to fall apart
You left my wounds open to bleed

I've come to find out you don't care
And you need more than me to survive
So I'm leaving you here with your empty thoughts
Just to keep my own soul alive

I loved it sooo much. it was so good. it seemed like a beautiful song, like an opera singer singing in my ears. so melodious and painful..............i loved it.................sell it to an opera singer.
