The storm.

by Sami   Jun 28, 2005

Tears fell from her eyes,
Like drops of rain in a storm.
The look in her eyes,
Was as loud as thunder.
She felt like a young tree,
Trying to stand tall in the harsh winds.
The pain inside,
Was like a hundred bolts of lightning.
Everyday she'd fight off the storm,
But the rain always fell.
She tried to smile and laugh.
People always heard the thunder,
And could see the storm had past.
She thought she would make it through,
But the wind was always too strong.
The pain she could never forget.
It's always the scariest part of the storm.
