What i liked about him

what i liked about him
i can never explain
but even though he meant so much
nothing can ever erase all the pain.

i said i was in love with him
and we would always be together
he said he felt the same way
that it would last forever.

what i liked most about him
was when he wrapped his arms around me
i felt so safe and secure
and said he would never let me flee.

he made me feel loved
he made me feel something new
but for him to break up wit me
that he said he would never do.

after being together for so many months
and saying how much we both care
he said he need his space
and now i think what he did wasn't really fair.
