Broken Heart

My heart has broken to pieces,
Crimson drops spread across the floor,
Lying in agony in a pool of darkness,
A dagger pierced into my inner core,

Catching my final sparse breaths,
As my soul constantly fades,
Falling down into the inner depths,
While my heart crashes upon razorblades,

My sacred vow penned in crimson tears,
Until the final hour do we ever part,
My affection dying through the years,
That has broken my very heart.
