A poem for my Gizmo.

We sank deeper down together,
And shied away from light,
Drawn further into nightmare realms,
That gripped us far too tight.

Just proud to be plain crazy,
Together we stand insane,
It's purely another thing we share,
That ignites our friendship's flame.

Never cared for what they told us,
We didn't want to hear,
But side by side together,
We shared in every tear.

Shed blood-black tears of agony,
On shores of suicide,
When demonic thoughts consumed us,
In each other we'd confide.

Witnessed every painful hour,
Alone we couldn't make it,
But you and me with our sacred 'lie',
Made sure we both could take it.

I need you here my Gizzy,
To brighten every day,
And I'll be by your side forever more -
I'm never too far away.

This is a poem for my Gizmo, the one who believed in me and hung onto me when i stepped over the edge!! i love you Hun xxx
