LOVE
Love is hot, love is cool
love will sometimes make you drool,
your first love you met at school,
love sometimes acts like a fool,
your first love was forever, it would never end,
then someone, met someone new,
and out the window the first love flew,
and became just another friend,
love makes you feel all warm and giddy,
that little girl sure is pretty,
but she is not for you,
something about little miss pretty,
keeps her love untrue,
then one day, out of the blue,
you meet the one that is for you,
the love that just won't go away,
you realize she is here to stay,
your love makes you feel like a king,
and you know she is your queen,
very soon the wedding bells ring,
and your happiness is oh so keen,
so you thank the lord above,
for sending you, your own true love.
