I dream tonight
of world of my own
where the hungry have food
and the homeless have homes

of a world of peace
where momma don't smoke
and daddy don't drink

i dream tonight
of freedom of speech
where everyone listens
to the children teach

i dream tonight
of a home full of love
where the home is a shelter
not a reason to run

of a world of my own
where everyone believes
