The Point Of No Return

by Lyra   Jul 1, 2005

Quiet, Now, Don't Make a sound
Forget to breathe & hit the ground
Bitten by a crimson kiss
Suddenly, realized, you've missed
You'd cut too low and hit a vein
Now comes the terror, Sharpest pain
And then the voice, those aching cries
He's there, fright gleams sharp in his eyes
The door's been broken, he holds you near
But it's too late, it soon grows clear
Your breath cuts short, light fades to black
It's too late now, you can't go back
His face is dimming, his cries unheard
His Lips can barely form the words
And as They Fade, one thought still burns
You've Past the Point of No return
