Lost

by Ashley Redden   Jul 1, 2005

We plunge down to the prisons of our minds
To the dungeons of our despair
Letting our selfs escape the lonely world
Down the deepest path of darkness
Soon to seek the place called hell
A place where its not longer nightmares
When death is finally real
Its nothing i use to be able to fight
I dance to the last dance
Before these walls around me crumbles
Before I can tell
I'm swallowed in the sound of my screams for help
Cant cease for the fear of silent nights
How I'm longing for dreaming
Of goddess imaginary lights
That Ill never ever see
These echos of screams control my lost mind
The remains of my shattered past is all you'll come across
This tattered soul is still in pain
Lost to this world
Where broken hearts always remain
The fire consumes me
The darkness of the land below
Controls my soul and spirit
Heaven calls for me to turn this life around
Even though I dreamed of being reborn
I ask which road do I take
And off through the tunnel
Where everybody says theres a light at the end
