At first we were Friends,
That held secrets with in ourselves.
We tried to hide our feelings,
Not showing not showing how felt.
As close as we were,
We never saw each other.
We told ourselves, No!
Why even bother?
Long years went by,
And our heats would stay unheard.
We couldn’t tell each other how we felt,
Not even in simple words.
We walked passed each other,
Wanting to stop and smile.
But we just kept on walking,
Our long separate miles.
We chose to regain our friendship,
We stole each others hearts.
Before we couldn’t be together,
Now we cant be apart.
