Drowned in her own blood

by stephalee   Jul 1, 2005

I slit my wrists
I cut them so deep I can feel the blood oozing out of my open flesh
I lick the blood up and drink it
I love it when it’s fresh
Starting to feel light headed
My body drifts towards the floor
But landing in a horrible crash
My head hits the door
I wake up hours later
Dazed and confused
You are sitting and laughing at me
Somehow you are amused
I can barely breath I'm drowning
But drowning in what?
I'm drowning in my own blood.
And you stand there laughing?
What did I do to deserve this?
It’s too late to ask
I'm dead
Dead from your coldness
In my own flood
Write on my tombstone
Drowned in her blood
