Temptation

Deep down inside,
I want to let it go;
whatever it is thats stopping me,
from letting my feelings show.

Its because my heart has be burned before,
that its stopping me to see;
the real and genuine person,
you could possibly be.

So many girls you've been with,
and yet thats your only flaw;
I cant resist your gorgeous charm,
it leaves me wanting more.

The day that i give in,
is the day that I'll feel foolish;
In your hands my heart will be held,
Hoping you don't abuse it.

I feel like just another girl,
that you know your going to get;
That one day you'll move on from,
And eventually forget.

The temptation is growing stronger,
and I'm finding it hard to resist;
Should i take the risk of getting hurt,
For something that could grow more than a kiss?
