Dear Soldier,
I know life over there is hard
and our country is going through tough times
it isn't much different back home
there is still discrimination and hate crimes
you fight for our country
each and every day
and when the day breaks you're a hero
so I'd just like to say...
thank you for all that you've done
to keep me safe at night
feel as if you've made a difference
