Her Death

by Erika   Oct 27, 2003

She saw the hand that touched her, it moved quickly
Around her eyes then through her heart beats
It was then when the poison turned on her
She inhaled the gases but responded with death
Desperate her heart keeps the rhythm of the beats gone
Her eyes cling on to the last of the veins
Her ears absorb the last of the sounds that deafen her
She can’t go on much longer
The hand that started this, comes back to heal
Confused, she breathes her last breath and swallows
