A feeling inside,
I can not hide,
Its been there for a wile,
Very deep inside.
You were always the best,
Know matter what you did,
And I was jealous,
but all emotions I hid.
When I did something,
You did it the best,
I thought you were on top,
Or in front of the rest.
I hated this feeling,
And wanted it to leave,
You were better then me,
I didn't want to believe.
As it went on,
It crushed me inside,
They asked if I was ok,
But to them I lied.
I said I was fine,
And everything was okay,
But for lying to them,
A price I had to pay.
Keeping it inside,
Was not the right way,
It all came at me at once,
And I needed something to say.
Then I talked to you,
And you took it just fine,
You shared your emotions,
As I shared mine.
But I came to find out,
I was good at things too,
The way I look at life,
No one has a clue.
So we'll just wait,
And we all will see soon,
You have reached the sky,
But I will touch the moon.
