Here I rest
Weeping
Every teardrop
Is from how bewildered I am

These Tears of mine
They won't depart
They won't leave me alone
They draw closer when my pain comes.

These Tears of Mine
They explain that I'm sad
They show that I'm sorrowful
I want these tears of mine to fade away.

I lay on my bed
Weeping
Trying to get these tears of mine to fade away
I want them to fade away with the pain.

These tears of mine
They caused me to get frail
They caused me to block everyone out of my existence
All because I don’t want to hurt them with my pain

These Tears of Mine
They build up within me
They come out so powerfully
They make me notice how frail I am.

I lay here
Crying my eyes out
Praying that one day
I will bring an end of my hurting

They caused me to get frail
I plead among them to depart
