Why I Cry

I sit alone in this empty room
just thinking of you and me.
And I finally figured out
you and me just weren't meant to be.

I cry every night alone
over what you did.
Once I fell in love with you
I began to fall down a pit.

A pit full of pain and sorrow
that you created inside.
Inside my heart and soul
and from then they're started to die

I was afraid from the beginning
that you would break my heart.
I was afraid of being left alone
with my life torn apart.

But I guess that's what guys do
leave you with a broken soul.
Make you think they love you
then leave you with heart so cold.
