You Don't Understand

Tears speak.
You don't listen.
Cuts make me feel.
You don't care you think I'm a freak.
I lie.
You believe me.
You don't pay enough attention.
I wanna die.
You just don't understand.
You cause me pain.
But you don't know.
I have quivering hands.
I know what I must do.
Read the note I leave behind.
Even though you cause me pain,
Remember that I will always love you!
