In Our Flowerbed Of Love

Are red roses forming into words
Scattered over an open field
With petals shaped like hearts
As our two names are revealed

Are orange daisies like the sun
Providing hope and light
Protecting from the wrong
Helping us make things right

Are yellow tulips with smiles
Bringing happiness and joy
For every loving couple
For every girl and boy

Are green pastures vast and wide
Giving us the space we need
Making us timid and patient
So our ageless love will succeed

Are blue butterflies fluttering up and down
Dancing in endless circles around
Celebrating like angels from up high
As they gracefully fall from the sky

Are wild indigos everywhere
Blooming over an open land
Guiding us to the very end
Letting us finally understand

Are violets filled with virtue
Surrendering our souls from above
Telling us to never let go
Only found in our flowerbed of love...
