The Hidden Tears

by Flea   Jul 5, 2005

She comes to me
and acts happy

Inside I know
that something is wrong

Bandages lie over her scars
where the blood was drawn

I see imaginary streaks
where the tears ran down her cheeks

If they were not wiped and hidded
They would be a river so strong

With never ending pain
Flowing so so far away

She needs it but
she doesnt want help

There is nothing
or no one she cares about

You can't go to someone
and build that great dam

To put an end to your hidden fears
To put an end to her hidden tears...
