Tell me, help me!

Why do i have to be like this,cant someone explain
y i have to feel,scared confused,filled with fear its drivin me insane!
i meet someone new and i feel like flying
then i panic,want to run away,and feel like crying!
people look at me funny if they find out I'm afraid of relationships
they don't understand me n it tears me to bits
some people understand but only a few
please tell me,help me! what should i do
be brave and go for it with a guy
or stay lonely until the day i grow old...and die
