Cloudy foggy mind,
with too many thoughts racing
Tightened stressed out legs
back and forth just pacing.

Shifty unfocused eyes
searching for the light.
Broken, unpatched, unloved heart
hoping for a life.

Ringing, ringing, drowning ears
listening for a solution.
Scribbling,unsteady, unready hands
writing for a resolution.

Jumbled, twisting, aching stomach
sick with all the pain.
One gurl one life one shot one me
lying here in shame.
