I should Have known

I should have known from the start that he was going to break my heart.
From the first time i saw him there standing in the clean air.
He gave me a smile.
I would have walked for miles.
I loved him so much but it wasn't good enough.
I had been warned plenty of times but like some many i was blind.
He has another girl now,
though i don't see how.
She should know from he start that he will break her heart,
just like he did mine so many times.
