Cursed

by Katrina Boblina   Jul 8, 2005

Unlike a shadow to a person,
The night awakens me.
The moons glow calling
I cannot be forsaken.

Theres hell in my eyes,
As the devils messenger
I hunt for prey.
No one hears my cries.

The hunger inside,
is given to me
as a curse I walk the streets
In the dark I hide.

Hiding from the day,
I cannot stop the hunger in me
I'm cursed, I'm haunted.
And this way, I must stay.

My contagious curse.
For eternal life,
Help me.
The dark is my hearse.

I cannot stop the hunger in me

Another great poem. This one didn't really rhyme, but it flowed beautifully and you don't need to rhymre for a poem to be great.
    Love always,
