My Sorrow Sunrise

by Weeping Wolf   Jul 9, 2005

The sun is waking
I paint the picture
with my sadness
in my eyes.

Colors dazzling the mind
emotions filling the soul
what will come to happen this day?
They ask, will I die today?
But I'm actually wondering
"Will i live today?".

Ya, let me paint the colors of the sunrise
And photograph another day i haven't slept
Wish i could call you but your like the sun
You leave when all the world goes dark
Everyone leaves me lonely in the sweet night
I've learned to lonely and sad, thats how i like it.

Ya, I'll call it my Sorrow Sunrise
because i dread the day that comes after
one more sunrise i haven't slept
No, i wont sleep tomorrow either
Maybe i will finally lay down and rest
When the world becomes unending night.

Ya, sun I'm asking you
"will i live today?"
