At night time some people like to watch TV,
Go out with their friends,
Read a book before they sleep.
I love to do all these things,
But the thing I do most is think of you.
Every night before I sleep I look at the sky above me,
The stars shining brightly,
Watching in awe,
Wondering if you ever think of me.
I always say a prayer,
Thanking God for the every day things,
But most of all I thank him for you.
I thank him for you being in my life,
I thank him for your love,
Your looks,
How you can always make me smile.
I always pray that we will last forever and always.
I know we're still together,
But thats only just.
A few weeks of hell are about to begin,
Not being able to see you is hard enough,
Being without your touch.
But I've always been able to speak to you,
Whether it be on the phone or on line.
We've been arguing so much recently,
Its started to get to both of us,
So we're going to take a "break".
You want us to last as much as I do with you,
And we'll talk soon,
We'll reach those happy times again,
I just wish the times without you would go by quickly,
But I think they will drag.
I'll try to keep a smile on my face,
Not let people see how its getting me down,
I want us both to work,
More than anything else,
I still can't imagine living life without you here.
Although we won't be together for some time,
At night time I will still look up at the stars,
I shall still thank God we're still together,
Pray that we'll make it through,
And I will still wonder if you think of me too.
