My new best friend
Whom I don’t know
Is now the one I adore
I cherish him as a friend
His friendship is grand to me
To be able to tell him
Just about anything
And he can’t deceive me
He understands how I feel
He lets me speak
My life without him
Would probably be dull
I wouldn’t have anyone to talk to
Seeing how my friends ignore
He has his own problems too
I always try to help
I wish nothing more than his happiness
I do all that I can
Sometimes it’s good
To have someone finally understand
Where someone listens to you
And lends a virtual hand
There’s not a need to feel ashamed
Of the things you’ve done and did
For he will not judge you
He’s the only one I can really trust
He’s the only one that understands
He’s the only one that knows what it's like
To suddenly feel left
He’s not afraid to be himself
He doesn’t care what people think
And it helps a lot more
‘Cause then I can be more of me
He is the only man I tell stuff to
Who I trust with my secrets
Who is always there to help
Who will go out of his way
To try and bring happiness
Without him I'd be sad
I would be very lonely
He is my new best friend
And he means a LOT to me...
