Mercy I crave Lord,
I have sinned,
On your name I have hurt,
On your name I beg forgiveness,
For on your world I have sinned,

Let this be my day of reconing,
All my wrongs forgiven tonight,
I pray to thee, Oh God take mercy,
Make me pure as I am not,

Make me heal though I'm unworthy,
Make me smile though undeserving,
Make me give light to those who need it,
Let me re-write my wrongs,

Mercy I crave Lord,
Please forgive me,
For your name I have vandalised,
But I can wash away the graffiti,
Give me a chance to try,

For years to come I will sin,
For years to come I will look through blind eyes,
For years to come I'll beg for mercy,
Until the night I rid my wrongs,

Let that night be tonight Lord,
Let me be free from these lies,
Let me start again,
Let me undo the disrespectful words,

I have sinned,
Sinner I am,
Begging for mercy on the floor,
Hoping today you grant my forgiveness,
But I'm not worthy,

I pray Lord one day I will be,
But this is desparation of a sinner,
Holding her sins near her heart,
Hoping you'll rid them,

But dear Lord I am unworthy,
Always will be unclean in your eyes,
I have made mistakes unforgivable,
I just know you Can forgive,

But Oh God I am impure,
I have failed my duty as human flesh,
You chose to put me on this world,
But I have failed your every dream for me,

Mercy I crave Lord,
I have sinned,
On your name I have hurt,
On your name I beg forgiveness,
For on your world I have sinned.

I don't really like this because to me there's just something about the ending that isn't great.

"But Oh God I am impure,
I have failed my duty as human flesh,
You chose to put me on this world,
But I have failed your every dream for me,"

This was actually to me the strongest point near the end in your poem. Otherwise it was good.
