Little Sister

by eternal rest   Jul 11, 2005

“Tell me what's wrong, little sister.
Let me into your darkest secrets.
Show me of the life you lead
While im not around.
Dig up your scars
And let me wash them away with these tears
You cry.
Little sister,
Little sister.
Don’t hide from me
There is no reason.
I’ve been here all along
And so I will be.
Forever in your heart.
Your secrets are as safe with me
As they are with you.”

“I wish I could, big brother.
I truly wish I could.”

*this is supposed to be from the point of view of a brother talking to his little sister.* *i wrote this after i found out that my oldest brother is moving out... it was a sad time for me... i just feel like i never really got to know him as well as i should have.*
