She sits,
She cries,
She waits,
She prays,
She wants to walk,
She can’t, crippled.
But he can.
He won’t.
He has the time, he doesn’t use it.
He waists his time,
The time speeds silently.
Today is gone,
But,
But today was all she had,
All she had left.
And he gets a lifetime.
She is dead, gone.
She had so much to live for,
So much to accomplish,
And he gets the time she should have had.
But, for her, time was up.
And life’s unfair.
Time is cruel.
Time rules a life.
Time is not enough.
