but then it makes me want to cry

that same night i tried to call
and your mother answer the phone
she said you were out all night
and for 6 hours you haven't been home

i saw red and blue lights
twirling in the air
a car crashed into a poll
and in the car you weren't there

you were in the hospital
that same night
i got there as soon as i could
to see if you were alright

but the doctor came into the room
and said you lost a lot of blood
and most of it was when the car crash happend
when you lost the most fluid

i sat there by your bed
and i said my last words
i love you and always will
was the last thing you heard

and finally the doctor can in
and said you couldn't stay
the car accident killed you
and you will die in less the 2 days

so then i ran up to the doctor
to see if there was hope
he simply said no
why did he have to be in the car all alone

i wish i was there too
in this hospital bed
lying by his side
together wed be dead

but nothing i wish comes true
and my lover is already gone
but i new are relation was true
everyday and all along
