The stars lie

THE STARS LIE

I have my pencil
and note book at
hand and I am
thinking about
something to
write but the
something, it’s
always you in
my head, I make
poem after poem
about you and
here is another to
add to the love
collection, how
do I get you off
my mind, out of
my head when my
heart and soul both
know your everything
I ever wanted and
so much more your
everything I wished
for when I was laying
in my bed looking at
the stars, I would wish
on ever one that you
would be by my side
and one day it happened
and I was happy for
once in my life but the
stars fell, they all lied
because now your gone
and I just want to cry
