Im Ms. Twisted (The mind reader)

by Nicole   Jul 12, 2005

Let’s take a look inside your head,
And see just what we find.
Maybe we will see emptiness,
Or just a brilliant mind...

But first, my friend, we must get passed,
The things that block the facts.
Like love, or hate, or happiness,
Or things that your head lacks.

Ahh I see so much sadness in you
Depression, pain, and strife.
Is it true that even you,
Have tried to take your life?

I’m sorry, friend, that you feel this way,
But yes I know to well
You see this smile on my face
But it is just the shell…

It hides my pain and loneliness,
My tears, my fears, and lies.
So see my dear you aren’t alone,
We all have some demise.

Some of us just hate the world,
While some of us just hide it.
You show your sadness on your face,
My dear see I have tried it.

To be so open and tell them all,
That I am afraid.
But when I did I just got hurt,
So that’s the price I paid.

Goodbye, my friend,
I hope that it gets better in the end.
See tears can easily be wiped away,
But hearts are hard to mend.

This is a good poem....it just shows how some people can actually read you, and your actions. Good job! 5/5
