Why do children get beaten at home
To them life is best when they are all alone
Why do adults have to cry
Because they cant have children to stay by there sides
Why are so many children murder before their first breath
Just because when he found out daddy left
Why do teenage girl have to drop out of school
To stay at home and watch a baby who's tears could fill a pool
The reason things like this happen are unknown to man
I think they just happen because they can
No one stands up for the rights of the children who can't speak for themselves
Thats the same reason why they have no belief in Santa or elves
They don't have any hope or faith to keep them through
All they have left in this world is me or you
We have to fight for the ones who otherwise would be left behind
I don't want to help just to be kind
I just don't want life to pass these kids by
And leave me sitting here asking Why?
