My Forbidden Love

by ZOMGEMO   Jul 13, 2005

Depression has consumed me,
Ive joined its horrid cult,
Look what youve done to me,
This is all your fault,
Ill soon become a lifetime member,
Membership is free,
Life isn't such a price to pay,
For me to be happy,
But you wont even miss me,
I know this to be true,
You will never love me,
The way that I love you,
I guess it doesn't matter
For now it is too late,
What were once feelings of love,
Are soon becoming hate,
I now know what Ive done is right,
To bad if it wasn't, aye?
Ill envy the girl,
That marries you one day,
Oh, how much I wanted,
That to be me,
But I sadly learned,
That we will never be,
So until the day you join me,
Up here above the rest,
Ill watch over you,
And to protect, Ill do my best,
And though you sent me up here,
Half of me is glad,
No longer must I watch you,
In the shadows and be sad,
I can watch you happily,
Here, from up above,
And be forever dreaming of you,
My forbidden love.
