Shattered dreams and tear stained eyes,
Words so repetitive and weak,
Another poem of desperate pleas,
About a future so tainted and bleak.

Voodoo dolls and suicide notes,
Left scattered across my bed,
I didn't know about this pain,
Yet it's right here in my head.

Needles and blank pages,
To drown out their laughing cries
I wished them to stop the taunting,
But they still stare with convicting eyes.

Headaches and dreams of darkness,
Empty picture frames on the floor,
Faces once filled with laughter,
Aren't seen around here anymore.

The hurt and pain within me,
Can't be voiced through any rhyme,
No amount of sympathy or sorrow,
Will give me back what is rightfully mine.

So let me live in this fantasy,
Where good comes to those in need,
Let me believe he'll suffer one day,
For the life he made me bleed.

[The last two stanza's are about me; The rest is about how it would be if i weren't as strong. This poem is confusing but it's the first I've written in ages.]

    YAY a new poem! happy to see a new one from you! it's so sad though, you go through so much pain because of him and there is nothing i could do to help you and i wish i could change it all, you deserve a happy and better life. i hope you get it someday! can't wait to see another one.
