Forever Fading Sun

Here I lie!
Staring into nothing…
Here I sigh!
Wondering if I could’ve been something!

Under the fading sun,
Night is falling on the future!
Night has fallen on this failure…

I ask Collin is it better not to die?
How would he know? He died and left me alone!
I put his picture away, and say no to his lie!
So here I wait, for life NO, the fading sun to bleach my bone!

You say life is fair,
But I don’t care,
its not to me!

you were me I think you’d see…

Like I said,
Life’s a dirty ditch,
Like a scratch that bled,
It starts to itch…
Til you can’t take it anymore!
And it infects into a sore!

As I wait here paralysed by,
my will to die,
The sun goes away ,
I have to wait another day…

So here I ask why is it like this to me?
Why can’t it just let me go let me be?
I ask Killian but he too is dead,
Another friend who shot himself in the head…

In the morning I’ll it’ll be a new day!
I’ll fight not to live but to die,
And let the carrion birds carry me away!
