We where friends since the fifth grade
we always said we will NEVER fade.
we were more like sisters
we did everything together
we said we will never betray
even for an other
till one day
it all had changed
he was nice and he treated you good
but something about him told me he was no good.
you told me to stop being jealous
that you finally found your endless love
i knew you loved him but did he fell the same way?
we didn't talk for about a year
till one day you called me in tears
you said come help me
he hit me till i was black and blue.
i was on my way to your rescue
i knew i should of helped you
i cried so hard thinking of the worse
and when i got there
you where on the floor
like you been cursed
i helped you up
Looking at you like what have Ive done
i should have stood with you through the way
but now i cant think of that
an ambulance is on their way
i try not to cry in front of you

how hard it is to see you like this
i dint know what to do.
i wait in the waiting room
as you where in the checkroom
so far away
i wish i can be there to hold you
and just pray

i pray that i didnt have to say farewell
i go in the room you just lay there still

i saw a tear
