Heavens not that far away
but is really not that close too.
all u need is to believe
and then you'll know where to go
I know this all because of my mommy
I always need to talk to her
so every night before bed
i close my eyes
and say a prayer
and heavens right there
I tell her about my day
and how my life is going
i know she knows what happening
because shes always there.
I know that she will guild me
to my highest limits
and never let me fall
but i know she'll never be here
but no matter how loud call.
i love her still
and no one can change it .
All these years without her
i can still remember her face
the way her smile glowed
and lighted up my day
I hold on to this secret
and wont let it get away
but thats key to see my mommy
so now no one can take her away.
