Army of Tears

by Katrina Boblina   Jul 14, 2005

Tears fall
like soldiers on
a dark battle field
then suddenly die.
dark and helpless
they lay on the ground,
no more than the blade
of grass they cover.

Again they come,
never to give up.
They fight for what
they believe in.
They seem to come,
out of nowhere,
as they leave behind
the pain they caused.
