That was quite heart wrenching.

I have to admit though, that in the beginning, I wasn't really into the poem. It didn't draw me in. and a couple lines seemed forced. But the middle really caught my attention and the end tie it all together really well. great job.

My attention was drawn in quickly...and throughout. That was quite a tale. Man am I sorry if this is true.
Great description in the beginning, and then the whole thing happening between the two "lovers" was very nicely layed out. Seems realistic....and horrible how people can give into lustful desires like that. I really felt the emotion in this poem...I mean I literally felt something like in the pit of my stomach, that happens sometimes while I'm reading a good book or something....I don't know if that makes sense, but anyways....amazing job.

I have to agre wewith some of the people above that the first bit did not draw me in BUT i carried on reading and the rest is so beautifully written and has a really beautiful ending.This is a really well thought our poem and i love the way the speech is used in it too.

The beginning didn't really do much for me, it didn't really flow well enough and seemed really...forced...but I do like how it wasn't really obvious where the poem was going-it wasn't one of those predictable poems that you know how it's gona end after reading the first line (like so many of mine are...lol) Then some where around the middle I was drawn in...I really liked where he shushed her so you didn't know she was going to say anniversery...a little mystery goes a long way...And I absolutly loved the last stanza and I love the "drenched bouqet" part that's a really good..ahh what's the word...okay description.

Over all I loved the poem, but there are a few places that could be touched up and a few grammer mistakes...

kay.. im confused on who ur with... first of all what would definitely help if i knew you were a guy or girl... the second is whether ur with the guy or girl.. im taking its the girl from thewriting... but maybe im wrong... otherwise.. the only thing i would change is the dialog... it started to turn me off from the poem,.... but everything else is awesome... great job.. i loved it.. good topic.. its sadder yet if its true.. i hope its not...
