Tree without its water

by Sean   Jul 17, 2005

Small feeble Tree,
Branching out slowly under love,
Symbolised by the Water under its roots,
Grows, grows spiralling, better than before.

Soon, the Tree was torn away,
And tears from it’s roots fell back to the ground,
while it was planted in soil, of such different waters,
But it missed the taste, the minerals of the Water before.

Small feeble Tree,
Cried everyday with the water it could not soak,
Forbidden it said no to each drop and wanted to go back,
To the perfect ground of before.

The wind carried the message across its leaves,
Back to the Water so far away,
“I miss you”
And it’d carry back the message,
“I miss you too”
While both sat in depression of loves distance.

Until it was time, and the carers realised,
Such a feeble Tree was dieing, and took it back
To it’s perfect Water of love and harmony,
Where it grew, and grew, better than before.

Water soaks back into the Tree,
And the tree embraces the Water.
Grows stronger, imploding in love,
This was meant to be,
Watch them grow, together.
