Depression

I'm locked in a room
where i cannot escape
until my time
i cannot wait
but here i lay
staring at these walls
wondering whats behind them
as my future calls
lost in boredom
and only restriction holds me back
from living a life
full of happiness and laughs
so here i am
shut out from the world
so desperate i cry
as this little girl
i cry in my sleep
and never dream at night
and continue to live
in this room where i lye
so take me away
and free my soul
just as long
as you let me go
so i can live
and find light of relief
and until then
here i m with this look of defeat
