Steven (Acrostic)

by Steven Beesley   Jul 19, 2005

This was my submission to Jackie's poetry challenge (in the forum) to use an Acrostic verse for my name:

So enraptured with writing poetry.
Talkative you take the prize.
Ever wishing to please.
Vow your love to one eternally.
Enlightenment you wish to seek.
Never wishing to hurt the meek.

Acrostic:
Poem in which certain letters of each line make up words. Usually first or first and last of each line.

Ahh...very nice. And it STAYED on the topic as well and actually made sense...acrostics are so much more interesting when written this way.
