i tried to move on, face life as it came... but i kept on glancing back, looking at the fighting chance we thought we had.
weeks had passed, and they turned into months.
you came back.
you told me that you believed in second chances, and that we were worth another try.
but the time flew by, and our trying turned into failure.
i look back now and think of your face, your smile, your laugh.
there was something there that did not fit.
it was TRY.
if we had said we could do it, i know we would've succeded.
now all i can do is try.
you carved that into me, embedded it into my soul.
