Mystery Angel

Mysterious angel come and set me free, so i can be one with the world
And the world can be one with me.

Show me the way out of the dark and bring me to life,
So i don't have to suffer any longer.

Tell me love is real,
For i have thought otherwise.

Come out of the shadows and show yourself to me,
So i don't have to feel alone.

Be there for me when i am down,
And tell me I'm not worthless.

Give me a reason to live,
And set me free from the grasp of those around me.

Show me a path i can not find right now,
Take my hand and lead me through it.

Pick me up when i fall,
And comfort me when i am sad.

Protect me from those who wish to hurt me,
And stand up for me when i am defenseless.

Tell me that you would never hurt me,
And show me unconditional love.

Love me for who i am,
And not my appearance.

Give me a shoulder to cry on,
When all others reject me.

Show me the beauty of the world,
That i have been blinded to see.

But most of all, above all else,
Come and set me free!!!

(( this poem was written when i sought out to find love. i wish my angel would sweep me off my feet this very moment. but i know i have to wait for him. and i shall wait forever if i have to))
