My Mistake!

Final stop, On the road of lost souls,
I am going on the one way trip!
I made a mistake a long time ago,
I saw a scene that made me slip!

I saw a scene of depression, and thought it was cool!
I thought it was fun, a slit from the knife.
Until i went too far, until i lost it,
Finally i almost took my life!

I had no reasons, i thought i would be hard,
But instead i had a worried family!
I kidded myself that i wouldn't be missed...
I thought that people wouldn't remember me!

When i came back, i was never me!
I was never the old Lauren, i was never the same!
I thought i was clever, but i was stupid,
I was so dumb, only my ego to blame!

So now i have a lost soul,
Wondering alone!
Leaving me screaming in this empty shell,
Rattling in this empty corpse, all on my own!

On the train that will never go back,
On the carriage empty of life!
Yet full of others who were fools,
The others who thought it was cool to choose a knife!

Goodbye to humanity, goodbye!
I left to a place i belong!
All because i thought the knife was good,
All because i was wrong!

I looked at people who harmed themselves,
A road i thought i'd never take.
I did now i am on a train of lost souls,
All because of my mistake.
