great poem!i can relate,my moms never been there either,she cared more about her drugs then me!but her present boyfriend has been there for me through this rough time as i have been there for him through this time,my mom actually just went to jail a month ago and her boyfriend is taking care of me!hes the only adult i can talk to about my mom and all the shit she put me through,us through.i can so relate to your feelings!i am sorry you havent talked to that person in a while,but i am sure she still cares!
